Terms and conditions

• This site is maintained and managed by S.C. TEHNO BIONIC S.R.L., hereinafter referred to as Supplier.
• The natural or legal person who orders and purchases products through the salin.ro site,, will be called Client. 
• The web address that is the property of the Supplier (www.salin.ro), will bear the name SALIN.RO website. 
• The digital photos, the texts, the technical data, the prices, and the other information that can be found on the site www.salin.ro, will be hereinafter named the content./li>

The entire content of the site www.salin.ro is the property of the Supplier and is protected by the laws in force for the protection of copyright. The use without the consent of the Supplier, of any of the elements listed above, is punished in compliance with the laws in force (administrative, civil or criminal). Thus, it is expressly forbidden to access the SALIN.RO site in order to copy the content, by automatic devices or programs, or manual copying of the content. Photos and data may only be used with the written consent of the Supplier.

Personal data will be collected and processed by SALIN.RO only to the extent permitted by General Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data (GDPR) according to the Personal Data Processing Policy .

The content of the SALIN.RO site has been made with the utmost care for the correct entry of data and respect for the accuracy of information. However, errors are not impossible.
Therefore, the Supplier does not undertake responsibility for printing or display errors, in terms of prices, features, images, etc.
In the event that the price of the product or some of its characteristics have been entered incorrectly in our databases or displayed incorrectly, and the delivery has not yet been made, the Supplier reserves the right to cancel delivery of that product and notify the customer as soon as possible about the error.
Also, the images of the products are presented on the site as an example, and the delivered products may differ from the images in any way, due to the change of characteristics, design, without prior notice of the manufacturers.
The maximum value of the Supplier’s obligations, towards any customer, in case of non-delivery or improper delivery, is equal to the value of the products collected by the Supplier from the respective customer. The supplier cannot be held liable for related expenses (transport, bank charges, etc.) or other damages caused to the customer due to non-delivery or improper delivery of the product.

The consumer has the right to withdraw from this contract, without having to justify the withdrawal decision and without incurring other costs than those provided in art. 13 paragraph (3) and art. 14 of GEO No. 34/2014, within 14 days from the day on which it takes physical possession of the product. Return costs are borne by the consumer.
The returned product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered (in the original packaging with all the accessories, with the labels intact and the documents that accompanied it) and must not show damage or visible traces of use. Reimbursement of the value of the product will be made within 14 days. The right of withdrawal within 14 days applies only to orders delivered by Curier Cargus or Posta Romana to individuals (distance contract).
The returned products are sent by mail or courier, at the customer’s expense, without any refund fees.

The period for shipping the products is a maximum of 2 working days from the moment of the telephone confirmation of the order, depending on the delivery method chosen by the customer and / or the existing product stock.

Products that are not in stock will be delivered within a period agreed with the customer.

By placing the order on our website, the customer declares that he/she agrees with the terms and conditions of the site and undertakes to receive the order.

The supplier reserves the right to recover by any legal means the damages caused by the customer who refuses to receive the package after it has been shipped.

Regarding the customers who refused to receive the package, the supplier reserves the right not to send orders except with advance payment (by online card or bank transfer).

The customer has the obligation to accept the products upon receipt of the package. Any deficiencies / damages of the product must be communicated to our company within 24 hours from the receipt of the package, otherwise it is considered that they did not exist.

The final price paid by the customer consists of the price of the product and any shipping and / or collection costs (refund fees). This price will be displayed on the final order confirmation page.

Any attempt to access the personal data of another user or to modify the content of the site www.salin.ro or to affect the performance of the server on which the site www.salin.ro runs, will be considered an attempt to act fraudulently against the site. www.salin.ro and will be the subject of a criminal complaint to the police, against the one or those who tried this deed.

Any dispute between Customers and Supplier will be settled amicably.
If the conflict has not been settled amicably, the competence belongs to the Romanian courts, within the municipality of Bucharest.
